1-Day To Lake Manyara National Park Itinerary
Day 1 - Arrival in Arusha
You will be picked up from the airport by a Kanje representative and conveyed to your accommodation in Arusha. Here you will overnight, relax, and prepare in anticipation of the adventures to come. You'll stay at the Venice hotel which is an oasis of calm and aesthetic pleasure.
Day 2 - Arusha Lake Manyara Np
After breakfast, you'll depart from Arusha and head towards Lake Manyara National Park, a two-hour drive passing through Mto Wa Mbu market town, a vibrant place showcasing local cultures and offering great souvenirs.
Upon a brief stop at the village market, you'll enter Manyara, a photographer's dream with excellent game viewing, including the unique sight of tree-climbing lions.
Bird enthusiasts will be thrilled by the park's diverse birdlife, featuring stunning flamingo flocks, circling birds of prey, and the colorful lilac-breasted roller.
You'll return to Arusha at your hotel later in the afternoon, and if conditions permit, you might have the opportunity for a guided canoe safari on the lake. Confirm with your safari expert for its availability during your visit.
